The most beautiful and well-organized city in the country that attracts a huge number of tourists yearly and especially during the pleasant October weather. Sightseeing will be organized for the participants to the worth visiting places not only within the twin cities of Rawalpindi – Islamabad, but at an hour drive to Islamabad’s gorgeous hill stations like Murree, Ayubia and Nathiagali. One can always take a city tour to places of interest like Faisal Mosque, National Monument, Pak China friendship center, Rawal Lake, Shakarparian, Margalla Hills, National museum and Fatima Jinnah Park. The city also encompasses world-class shopping malls like Centaurus, Safa Gold mall and others for those participants interested in buying the quality wares sold by the local artisans.

Group Sightseeing program

Group will leave Islamabad at 10 AM on 30th October and after a drive of around two and half hour will arrive at Ayubia, a beautiful Hill station. The Group will do trekking of Four Km on a beautiful scenic hill track which is safe, smooth and equally good to traverse for 5 to 85 years of age.

A picnic lunch will be served at the end of trekking. The group will now travel for around one and a half hour by Cars/ minibuses and will check in at the five star picnic resort (PC Bhurban) for night stay.

A Gala dinner with bonfire and Bar BQ will be arranged in open sky for that night.

Next day, the delegates will enjoy a traditional buffet breakfast of PC Bhurban and then move for a short visit of the Murree Mall Road.

Delegates will reach Aghosh College Murree at Zohar time. They will offer Zohar prayer in the beautiful masjid of Aghosh College. A lunch reception is organized in student’s mess of college in honor of delegates by the President of Alkhidmat Foundation.

The Delegates will then spend a couple of hours in different activities with shining stars of the college. All these students are orphans and are selected from different parts of country after tough competition for class six.

After Maghrib prayers, the delegates will leave for Islamabad. Those having return flights will be taken to the Airport.

Registration

Online Registration for all delegates (including accompanied person/family members) is mandatory.
No need for any prior or online payment

(Payment only by cash in US Dollars to PIMA representative at the time of hotel check in).

Platinum Package for official delegates

Two official delegates from each Member/Associate member organization if having opted for Twin sharing accommodation (One room for each IMA)

All Member/Associate member organizations are requested to notify two official delegates No Payment required for following

One twin sharing room for 3 nights (27,28 and 29 October) (FIMA Council Meeting, CIMCO, IHC and first day of Scientific Conference)
Breakfast included
Airport pick and drop
All lunches and dinners
Various local sightseeing and bazaar trips of accompanied persons
Registration of Scientific Conference/ IHC Seminar/ CIMCO Symposium or other workshops
Convention bag
Gala Dinners
Guests are expected to arrive on 26 October and check in the hotel in afternoon of 26 October.
The official delegates are required to pay USD 200 per person if they want to extend their trip for two more nights and group sightseeing program as mentioned above.
The official delegates of Ex Co will arrive on 25^th October to attend Ex Co meeting on 26^th so their four nights are complimentary and they will pay only USD 200 per person for additional two nights and sightseeing program.

Gold Package for official delegates

If official delegates of any IMA opt for single occupancy room

Two single rooms for two days of FIMA Council meeting (27 and 28 October) will be complimentary and for rest of the days will be on payment as that of accompanied persons.

Rest will be complimentary as for the platinum package

Package for guests

Guests opting for twin sharing room will be charged 90 USD per night per person

Guest opting for single occupancy room will be charged 140 USD per night per person

This stay is in Four Star Hotel (Ramada and Best Western Hotels) Following is included in the package

Economy Package for guests

Everything including stay in PC Bhurban will be same but stay in Islamabad will be in economy hotel.

It is very important to know a tentative figure of delegates by this date to make appropriate arrangements for your comfortable stay in Pakistan

An individual invitation letter will be sent to all registered delegates انشاءاللہ which may be used for visa purposes. It is advised to initiate the process of Visa well in advance as Pakistani Embassies take relatively longer time for the visa process
